Referral Meetings
Regular, planned visits to the offices that refer to you, each one bringing something useful: a referral card, a when-to-refer guide or an open-slot alert you approved first.
Lapsed-referrer recovery
A monthly check of who has slowed down. Those offices are visited first, and the problem behind it, from scheduling to consult notes, goes to your team to fix.
New referral relationships
A target list of offices that see your patients first but don't send them to you yet, worked from the first month.
Hospital and system outreach
Introductions to hospitalists, emergency departments, case managers and discharge teams, department by department.
Lunch-and-learns and presentations
Talks for referring offices on the topics they ask about most, built for your practice and approved by your physicians.
Referral newsletter
A one-page monthly update for your referring offices, emailed and dropped off in person, so your name stays in front of them between visits.
What counts as a Referral Meeting
At least 5 minutes in person, or 15 minutes by video, with a physician, PA, NP or practice manager at a referring office. Every meeting ends with an agreed next step and is logged within two business days.
